Membership

All the faculty members, regular students and non teaching staff of Udalguri college can subscribe for the Central library membership.

Moreover, a person other than the above categories may be allowed to become member of the library as a special case on a request in writing from the person concerned. The decision of the Librarian in this regard shall be final. If a person is allowed to become a member of the library he/she shall pay an annual membership fee and security deposit. All eligible members under shall fill up and sign a membership registration form available at the circulation counter of the library.

Borrowing Limits: Student can borrow up to 3 books for 15 days with one time renewal facility. Faculties can borrow up to 8 books for 180 days with one time renewal facility.
Overdue Fine: An overdue fine of Rs. 3/day for students and Rs. 10/day for faculty member will be charged.
